NEW CLINICAL COMPUTER SYSTEM

The practice is changing over to a new Clinical Computer System from 24th February 2026.    In the days prior to this, we will only have limited system access and will be operating an emgergency only service on the following dates.

  • Friday 20th February 2026
  • Monday 23rd February 2026

During this period if you have a medical emergency that cannot wait until normal service resumes, please contact the emergency GP Line on 07592096099

The surgery telephone lines are open between 8.30-11.00am  &  2.00-4.00 each day [Mon - Thurs],   and 8.30-11.00am on a Friday.   Please telephone during these times.   Thank you.

Prescription Access Request Form

If you would like to register to enable you to order your repeat prescriptions on-line, please request a patient on-line registration form from reception or print the form below. 

Your completed form should be passed to reception.   Once completed we will arrange for you to be given secure access [login/password] to order repeat prescriptions online.
